Fulfillment Policy

Refund Policy

Customers will receive a full refund when they cancel their registration for a training 24-hours or more in advance of the training. There are no refunds when the cancellation is less that 24-hours in advance of the training.

Delivery Policy

Customers receive emails with instructions for accessing the training they purchase once one time a day, beginning 3-days prior to their purchased training. Customers are responsible to ensure their contact information is correct in their user’s account. Interactive CE Training is not responsible for communication errors if the contact information in the customers user account is incorrect.

Return Policy

There are no returns.
